Data Owner (Sap MDM & Sap S4 Hana)

Mandates:

• Should have knowledge of SAP MDM object with S/4HANA, Data Architecture, Database Management, Master Data Management
• Additionally experience in the textile domain would be an added advantage for this role.
• Any Manufacturing or Pharma industries will also work.
• Experience in S4 Hana implementation projects.
• Must have Vendor Management & BOM exp
• Sap MM & Sap SD exp will be an added advantage
• 5-7 years of exp in total

Role:

• Assists in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.
• Conducts data cleansing and data transformation to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
• Researches, coordinates and installs software releases and database integration to ensure
• Work cross-functionally across lines of business to ensure their domains data is managed and understood
• Driving end-to-end the cleansing, maintenance, and governance of data by defining data standards for creation, completeness, and accuracy for attributes within the respective master.
• Responsible for ongoing data quality initiatives such as research, match/merging, and various aspects of data cleansing to remediate issues identified.
• Work with SI partner ad business to define data architecture and data rules for the respective data domain.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data as used across the organization
• Direct Data Quality activities to create and maintain good quality data.
• Work with other Data Owners to resolve data issues and dissonance across business units
• Second level review for issues identified by Data Champions
• Guide the analysis and discussion of data and/or process issues in Master data
• Monitor SLAs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of Master Data processes and workflows
• Ensure teamwork and collaboration across data domains, business units, stakeholders, and support organizations.
• Periodically provide reports to the Steering Committee on data quality, compliance, policies, or regulatory requirements that impact the data domain.
