Data Operator – Barcode & QR Code (Excel & Machine Operations)

Location: Bahalgarh Chowk ( Sonipat )

Experience:1–4 Years (Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply)

Shift: 12-Hour Shift (Day/Night as per production schedule)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of Excel and Advanced Excel, who is willing to work on production machines. The role involves generating Barcode and QR Code data, uploading it into machines, and ensuring accurate variable data printing. Complete training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage barcode & QR code data using Excel / Advanced Excel
• Work on barcode / QR code printing machines as per production requirements
• Ensure 100% accuracy in variable data printing
• Handle data cleaning, validation, and formatting in Excel
• Coordinate with the production team for daily job execution
• Maintain records and reports related to production data
• Follow shift schedules and machine operation guidelines

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Excel & Advanced Excel.
• Basic understanding of data handling and accuracy checks
• Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts
• Interest in machine operation and manufacturing environment

Training:

• Full training on barcode & QR code machines will be provided by the company

Preferred Candidate:

• Background in Data Operations / Production / Printing / Manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of variable data printing is an added advantage
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable

Salary:

As per industry standards / No bar for the right candidate

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,127.45 - ₹33,249.21 per month
