Data Operator

Location : Zirakpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Collection & Data Mining Expert who can independently manage end-to-end data extraction, validation, and analysis activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in data sourcing, web research, data mining tools, quality control, and team management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Mining

• Identify, collect, extract, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple online and offline sources.
• Perform data mining using tools, scripts, APIs, and manual research methods.
• Handle large datasets and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Conduct web scraping, lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Clean, validate, and standardize data for reporting and analysis.

Process & Reporting

· Develop and improve data collection and mining processes for efficiency.

· Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and clients.

· Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and data security standards.

· Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong experience in data mining, data collection, and web research.

· Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python (basic), web scraping tools, or data extraction software.

· Experience with lead generation platforms, CRMs, and online databases.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Proven experience in handling and mentoring a team.

· Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

· Knowledge of automation tools and scripts.

· Experience with APIs, AI-based data tools, or advanced scraping techniques.

· Understanding of data compliance, privacy, and security standards.

· Experience working with international clients or global datasets.
