Data Operator intern

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Maintenance

Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer systems, databases, or tools.

Maintain and update existing data records.

Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it.

Data Validation & Quality

Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.

Ensure completeness and consistency of data.

Flag and report data discrepancies.

Data Management & Reporting

Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

Generate basic reports as required by management.

Assist in compiling, sorting, and analyzing data for reporting purposes.

Confidentiality & Security

Handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity.

Follow data privacy and protection policies.

Communication & Collaboration

Coordinate with other departments to gather or clarify data.

Respond to internal and external data-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.

Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel), databases, and office equipment.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
