Data Modeller - CPQ

You will be responsible for implementing the administration of Tacton CPQ software and implementing business processes to support the sales and marketing teams in providing the correct customer solutions. In collaboration with the Lucy Electric Engineering, Sales, and Marketing departments, you will be required to make workflow and admin changes in the CPQ system, bringing improvements, adopting new products, and enhancing proposal documents. Your main responsibilities will include developing and configuring CPQ workflows and features to enhance the productivity of sales and marketing teams, documenting and building test cases with stakeholders, updating processes and workflows to the latest releases, developing proposal and engineering documents, creating best practices and user guides, and providing mentoring and training for new users. You will also collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse senior business stakeholders to drive innovations within the business. Your success will be measured by the continuous delivery of improvements and projects to manage the CPQ system, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and ensuring all changes are aligned with governance and processes. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience working with Tacton or similar CPQ products, a degree in an engineering or computer science field, and a strong understanding of product pricing, costing, and bill of materials. Experience in programming, DevOps, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and service delivery is beneficial. Knowledge of Tacton Studio, Google Postman, and languages such as Python, Java, VB.net, and SQL queries are desirable.
