Primary:

Data Modeller (Erwin) Position overview Seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong hands-on expertise in Erwin Data Modeler to design, develop and maintain enterprise data models that support business intelligence, analytics and operational systems.

The role partners with business stakeholders, data architects, ETL teams and DBAs to ensure consistent, high-quality data definitions and structures across systems.

Key responsibilities Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into conceptual, logical and physical data models using Erwin. Build and maintain enterprise and subject-area data models, including entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries and metadata definitions.

Define and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions and t practices across projects.

Work with ETL developers and DBAs to produce physical models optimized for target databases and performance.

Support data lineage, impact analysis and change management activities using Erwin metadata and model comparisons.

Participate in data governance initiatives by contributing to canonical data definitions and metadata management.

Validate models against existing systems, reconcile differences and coordinate model updates.

Provide guidance and mentoring to junior modelers and other team members on Erwin usage and modeling techniques.

Assist testing teams with data validation scenarios and support migration or integration projects from a data perspective.

Produce clear documentation, model release notes and model versioning artifacts
