Data Modeler

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Design and develop logical and physical data models using ERwin for healthcare data systems
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements
• Provide guidance to developers and QA to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouses
• Conduct data profiling to assess data quality and identify areas for improvement
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices for data modeling and management
• Document data models, data flows, and metadata to ensure clarity and compliance with industry standards
• Participate in data architecture reviews and provide recommendations for optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data modeling and healthcare data management
