Manager - Statutory Audit - CA

As a Statutory Audit professional at a leading Big 4 firm, your role will involve: - Encouraging technical excellence and continuous learning among team members - Collaborating with other service lines within the organization on multi-disciplinary projects - Contributing to thought leadership and engaging in marketing activities - Demonstrating the ability to simplify complex accounting and financial reporting issues for clients In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to have: - An advisory mindset to develop client solutions with support from technical experts - Business development skills, with a strong track record for applicants at Senior Manager level and above Specific financial reporting experience in at least one of the following areas is required: - Transactions such as acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, and restructuring - Preparation for IPOs, including familiarity with listing rules in India, UK, or US For the Manager role, professionals presently serving as Managers in their current organization are encouraged to apply.
