Data Metrics and KPIs Operation Support Associate

As a Data Metrics and KPIs Operation Support Associate within the Global Vendor Management team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and reporting KPIs/Metrics for data vendors on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. Your responsibilities will include managing an issue tracker for vendor-related incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures and controls to avoid incident reoccurrence. You will be expected to prepare monthly executive summaries and newsletters, ensure clarity and maintenance of roles and responsibilities, and establish vendor contingency processes for outage scenarios. Monitoring vendor and market event notifications for service-impacting changes will also be a part of your role, as well as providing support for vendor incidents and reporting to the Project Management Office. In this position, your expertise and guidance on the market data industry and data behaviors will be instrumental in identifying, resolving, and correctly categorizing incidents quickly. You will need to define and track operational level agreements, influence formal service agreements, and conduct service review meetings to resolve queries and maintain strong internal relationships. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of related experience and demonstrate strong proficiency with Tableau and Alteryx. Additionally, experience with SQL and Access DB, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Understanding of third-party/vendor management, asset pricing, and investment instruments is required, along with effective communication skills within a team and across departments. You should be able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision, be self-motivated and proactive, and leverage your experience with Microsoft Office products. Maintaining a good understanding of JPMorgan businesses and adopting a risk-based mindset to drive efficiency and controls will be key to your success in this role.,
