Data Manual Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will manually validate, verify, and ensure the accuracy and quality of data across systems, reports, and dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with developers, data analysts, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on large datasets, reports, ETL processes, and data pipelines to validate accuracy and completeness.
• Compare and reconcile data between source systems, staging, and target databases.
• Create, review, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and data mappings.
• Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers and data engineers to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing, exploratory testing, and data validation after defect fixes.
• Document test results and maintain comprehensive test evidence and logs.
• Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and expected data outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
