Data Integrity Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and enhancing critical datasets used for analysis and reporting. Your analytical thinking and operational execution will ensure that information across systems is current, consistent, and insight-ready. Working closely with research and product teams, you will utilize both manual and automated methods to update, validate, and interpret key data points. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update core datasets with accuracy and accountability. - Review data inconsistencies and take corrective action based on clear logic and contextual judgment. - Collaborate with internal teams to verify and enrich information from multiple trusted sources. - Support data audits, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks and version control standards. - Identify recurring data issues and propose process improvements or automation ideas. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in any field with strong analytical or logical skills. - 2-3 years of experience in data operations, MIS, or data research roles. - Proficiency with Data sets and comfort working with large data volumes. - Strong observation, reasoning, and decision-making ability especially when data requires contextual interpretation. - Exposure to Python, SQL, or automation tools is a plus.
