Data Entry/Customer Service

Milani Electric & Solar, one of Canada's largest Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning companies, is expanding its team in Delhi, India, and is looking for a dedicated Data/Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support and data entry services. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-established Canadian company and assist customers with their plumbing, heating, and AC needs. Responsibilities: - Responding to customer phone calls for emergency plumbing, heating, and AC services - Assisting customers in a calm and effective manner, ensuring quick resolution of their needs - Addressing customer questions, concerns, and providing necessary guidance - Acquiring product knowledge related to plumbing, heating & AC systems to offer accurate information to customers - Entering customer information, work details, and technician hours into the system - Delivering exceptional service to customers in all situations - Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in data entry tasks - Sending invoices to customers - Performing any additional duties assigned by Management Qualifications: - Strong communication skills with a customer service focus - Education in English Medium - Proficiency in data entry and office software usage - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during emergency calls - Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Previous experience in customer service or data entry is advantageous - Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems is a plus - Good typing skills If you are a motivated individual seeking growth opportunities with a leading company, we encourage you to apply and embark on your journey with Milani Electric & Solar.
