Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: Vadodara

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large volumes of data and possess excellent typing and data verification skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
• Review and correct data entry errors or duplicate entries.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
• Generate reports and summaries as required.
• Assist in preparing documents and forms for data collection.
• Follow data entry protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment like printers and scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
