Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Data Entry & Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be efficient with computers and data management, while also being confident and persuasive on phone calls.

This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing backend data handling with client interaction and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update property, client, and lead data in the company database and CRM.
• Maintain Excel sheets, listings, and internal reports.
• Make outbound calls to clients for property inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate project information.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to manage leads effectively.
• Prepare and share daily call and data reports.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali (preferred).
• Ability to multitask efficiently between data management and telecalling.
• Prior experience in telecalling or data entry will be an added advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or Graduate.
