Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and articulate female fresher to join our team. This role is ideal for a quick learner who excels at both accurate data management and professional customer interaction. You will be responsible for updating our databases and handling routine customer calls.

Accurately enter and update data in MS Excel spreadsheets.
Handle inbound customer calls, providing clear and helpful information.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, verification, or updates.
Maintain data quality and confidentiality at all times.
