Job Description

As a Data Entry Operator at our company located in Goa, your role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data such as customer information, property details, sales figures, and financial records into our internal databases. You will be responsible for verifying data accuracy, cross-checking against source documents, and organizing electronic and hard-copy filing systems in line with company standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with different teams to facilitate smooth documentation and data transfer processes. Your key responsibilities include: - Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer, property, sales, and financial data - Verifying data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency - Organizing and maintaining filing systems - Collaborating with various teams for documentation and data transfer - Generating regular reports and summaries - Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information - Flagging discrepancies and escalating issues promptly - Assisting in digitization of legal documents and agreements - Ensuring data compliance with internal standards and regulations - Supporting administrative functions and coordination with external vendors Key requirements for this role include: - Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred) - Experience working with ERP Systems - 1-3 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations; real estate or luxury services experience is a plus Technical tools proficiency required: - MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace - Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho - Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45-50 WPM) Preferred experience and skills: - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload - Working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment - High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential data - Excellent organizational and communication skills - High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The preferred education qualification is a Diploma, and a year of experience with Microsoft Office and in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in English is also preferred, and the work location is in-person.
