Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our database. We are looking for an individual with strong computer literacy and a high level of precision.Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into various software systems and databases from source documents.
Verify data integrity by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Perform regular backups to ensure data security.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.

Requirements:

Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarization with database management systems is mandatory.
Experience: Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar clerical role is highly preferred.
Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum [Insert WPM] words per minute).
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and maintain high quality while working with large volumes of information.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
