Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

Job Description: Data Entry Operator – Shipping & Logistics

Location: Andheri East , Mumbai.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update shipment, invoice, and customer data accurately in ERP/TMS systems
• Maintain records related to import/export documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List)
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and accounts teams for data clarification
• Generate reports related to shipments, delivery status, and billing
• Maintain physical and digital filing of logistics documents
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company procedures

Key Skills:

• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics terminology
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management systems
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in freight forwarding / shipping industry
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics software
