Data Entry Operator

JOB PURPOSE

A Data Entry Executive plays a crucial role in an educational institution by creating and producing various printed materials such as textbooks, workbooks, brochures, posters, and other educational resources. They are responsible for designing, formatting, and printing these materials to ensure high-quality output.

Designing and Formatting: DTP and Printout Operator uses desktop publishing software to create and format educational materials. They work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing and effective designs.

Layout and Typesetting: The operator is responsible for arranging text, images, and graphics in an organized and visually appealing manner. They ensure proper alignment, font styles, sizes, and consistent formatting throughout the materials.

Printing and Production: Once the design is approved, the operator manages the printing and production process. They operate printing equipment, such as printers, plotters, and copiers, and adjust settings for optimal quality. They ensure that the printing materials, such as paper, ink, and toner, are stocked and maintained appropriately.

Quality Control: The operator conducts quality checks on the printed materials to ensure they meet the required standards. They examine the color accuracy, sharpness, and overall print quality to deliver high-quality outputs.

Editing and Proofreading: The DTP and Printout Operator checks the accuracy of the content, proofreads for errors, and makes necessary corrections before finalizing the design. They also collaborate with the content creators to ensure the clarity and consistency of the educational materials.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : Graduation

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proficiency in desktop publishing software is essential. Familiarity with printing equipment and technologies is also important. .

Communication and Collaboration:

Good communication skills are necessary to understand the requirements of teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders. Collaborative skills are important to work closely with content creators and incorporate their feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
