Location: Gurugram Reports To: Manager – International Operations About the Role We are seeking a Process Associate/Trainee to join our International Operations team. The role involves supporting our international client engaged in compliance services, with a focus on data curation and data management using their software platform. Key Responsibilities Assist the team in executing various processes on the client’s software platform. Manage, curate, and update data with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Humanities). Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with good communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately. Immediate joiner or notice period of 1 month or less. Willingness to work from office in Ranchi
