Job Description

Upload new collections, product photos, prices, and descriptions to our Shopify store every day. Organize and tag products accurately by category, style, fabric, size, etc. Coordinate with the design and production team to gather product details (SKUs, pricing, material). Ensure consistent formatting and quality of all product listings — spelling, alignment, inventory status. Manage and update product availability, sold-outs, and restocks in real-time. Help streamline our backend processes for faster uploads and better catalog health. ✅ Requirements Prior experience with Shopify, Woocommerce, or similar CMS (must-have). Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets and file management tools. Excellent written English for editing product titles and descriptions. Highly detail-oriented with strong visual alignment sense (images, spacing, etc.). Good grasp of fashion terminology is a plus. Fast learner with the ability to work independently and meet daily timelines.
