Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately from source documents into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; identify and correct errors.
Maintain, update, and organize databases, records, archives, and filing systems.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data security and integrity.
Monitor and review database entries to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Generate and export reports, spreadsheets, and documents as per business requirements.
Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards with high accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT, MIS, Finance, and Operations for timely data updates and task completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fast and accurate typing speed (3040+ WPM).
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Experience in maintaining MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate with relevant experience in data entry or MIS.
Prior experience in handling databases and reports is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
