Data Entry Operator (Quality Check)

• Job Description:

We are hiring a Data Entry Operator (DEO) for our factory/warehouse located in Wazirpur, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for stock management, data entry, basic quality control of power adapters, and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations.

(Male candidates preferred)

Main Duties:

• Count stock items regularly and match them with system records
• Enter inward/outward stock data into the system (Excel/Tally)
• Maintain and update daily inventory logs
• Report stock shortages, excess, or discrepancies
• Help in stock audits and physical verifications
• Perform basic quality checks on power adapters before dispatch
• Identify defective items and escalate for replacement
• Move around the warehouse/factory as needed for checking stock and quality
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams

What We Need:

• Basic computer skills (Excel mandatory; Tally or inventory software is a plus)
• Physically fit and comfortable moving around during the workday
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• 12th Pass or Graduate preferred
• Experience in data entry, warehouse, or electronics QC is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
