Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to manage confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and databases with accuracy.Maintain and organize records, files, and documents for easy retrieval.Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular quality checks.Prepare and generate reports as required.Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify information.Handle confidential data responsibly and securely.Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.Proven work experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems.Excellent typing speed and accuracy.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems / CRM software is an added advantage.Prior experience in data entry, administration, or back-office operations.
