Job Description

Urgent Hiring for !!! Data Entry Operator !!! in one of the leading manufacturing firm.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain export & import data in ERP/Excel systems accurately.
Prepare, verify, and maintain export-import documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.).
Support in documentation for
ICEGATE, DGFT, AD Code, IEC, Customs & Shipping Lines
.
Track and update shipment details, container movements, and clearance status.
Maintain proper filing of shipping bills, bills of entry, and customs-related documents.
Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent), freight forwarders, and shipping companies for documentation.
Assist in generating MIS reports for exports & imports on a daily/weekly basis.
Ensure compliance with export-import policies, DGFT guidelines, and RBI/Banking requirements.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Export-Import & Logistics team.

Qualifications

Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Discipline).
13 years of experience in
export-import data entry / documentation
in manufacturing, steel, or trading companies.
