Coordinate with factory persons for GRN, Purchase bills etc.
Passing the GRN after checking the quantity & material description as per manual GRN issued by Factory Persons
Passing entries of purchases in the system after verified & signed by Purchase Executive.
Passing expenses bills in the system after verified & signed by concerned approving authority.
After passing both purchase & expense, to pass the same bills to accounts department for authorization
After authorizing the entries to do filing of the purchase bills
Follow up with Factory Persons for cash payment voucher
After receiving cash voucher, to do entries in the system & to do authorization thereof
Receiving the calls in office & give to concerned persons
Prepare the documents which will be couriered & maintain the register thereof
Receiving the courier & handed over to concerned person
Assisting to purchase executive
