Job Description:

We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Data Entry Executive to join our Finance Department. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are motivated, accurate, and fast in typing and handling numeric data.

Responsibilities:

• Enter financial transactions and data into internal databases and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
• Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain digital and paper files.
• Coordinate with the finance team for data collection and verification.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Freshers are welcome; finance or commerce background preferred
• Basic understanding of numbers and attention to detail
