Department:

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day data entry tasks related to claims and pricing. The role includes:

Return Claims:
Updating, verifying, and maintaining data related to return requests from marketplaces and customers.
Pricing Checks:
Regularly checking pricing discrepancies across platforms and updating accurate pricing information in the system.
RTV (Return to Vendor) Claims:
Recording RTV claim details, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for claim closure.
Debit Notes:
Creating, updating, and tracking debit notes in the system with 100% accuracy.

General Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and manage data in Excel and internal systems.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all data entry tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
Prepare basic reports as needed.
Follow timelines and ensure smooth workflow.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred)
Fast and accurate typing
Attention to detail
Ability to work with claims and documentation
Basic communication skills

Qualification:

Graduate
Experience in ecommerce operations or claims handling is an added advantage.
