Job Description

As a Data Entry professional with 0 to 1.5 years of experience, you will be responsible for verifying applications submitted by students to ensure the accuracy of the data provided in the application compared to the information in the transcript (mark sheets). If discrepancies are found, you will be required to update the application accordingly. In addition, you will need to reject applications with significant data mismatches or if any institutions/colleges attended by the applicant are not mentioned in the application. It is essential to address errors identified by the Quality Assurance (QA) team and maintain a log of daily activities, including the number of verified applications sent to the team lead at the end of each day. Furthermore, you are expected to communicate with the team lead about any pending applications that require verification for an extended period. Flexibility is key in this role as you may need to work on various services based on business needs and be prepared for rotational shifts and week-offs as required.,
