About the Role

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Intern to support the management of the Nexizo tender portal and maintain tender-related data in Excel. This internship provides exposure to government e-tendering processes, business operations, and tender document handling.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the Nexizo portal daily for new tenders

Download, organize, and categorize tender documents

Maintain and update Excel sheets with tender information (client name, product category, submission dates, etc.)

Share relevant tenders with the internal team for evaluation

Assist in preparing tender summaries

Maintain a well-structured folder system for easy access to documentsWho Can Apply
Any Graduate (pursuing or completed)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)

Comfortable working on online portals and browsing for information

Strong attention to detail and good time management

Eagerness to learn and take ownership of routine tasks

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,262.13 - ₹10,236.53 per month
