Data entry Intern

As a Lead Data Intern (Lead Cleansing & Enrichment) at Lumel, Chennai office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the internal lead cleansing and enrichment process. Your primary responsibility will be to validate, clean, and enhance lead data to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our CRM system. By improving the quality of lead data, you will directly contribute to enhancing marketing campaign performance and sales pipeline efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and cleaning existing lead data, validating lead information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company details, standardizing data formats, identifying and removing duplicate or invalid records, and enriching lead data through online research and data tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Clearbit. Additionally, you will be involved in importing and exporting data between CRM systems, spreadsheets, and marketing tools, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tools is required, while familiarity with data enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Clearbit is considered a bonus. Additionally, having a basic understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of data quality principles and CRM data standards, experience working with large datasets, and exposure to data cleaning tools, data validation, or data management software.
