Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Data Entry Executive

to join our team at our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should have

2 4 years of hands-on experience in data entry operations and strong expertise in Microsoft Excel. This is an immediate joining requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the company s systems and databases.
Manage and verify large volumes of data for completeness and accuracy.
Generate and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
Assist teams with data-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in data and ensure accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in any discipline (preferred).
2 4 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
