Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Data Entry Executive to manage, maintain, and update company databases and records. The role requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to ensure smooth and error-free data operations. Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems. Ensure completeness and correctness of data by reviewing and verifying documents. Maintain updated and organized filing systems (both digital and physical). Identify and correct data entry errors and report any inconsistencies. Generate routine reports and support team members with data-based requests. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data protection policies. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred. Strong typing speed (minimum 40–50 WPM) with high accuracy. Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with database software and CRM tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
