Job Description

As a Data Entry Executive at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing lead entries and CRM updates in Zoho CRM. Your role will involve entering, updating, and managing lead data within Zoho CRM to maintain accuracy and consistency. Additionally, you will perform routine checks, data clean-up tasks, and assist with CRM maintenance activities. Collaboration with internal teams to gather and authenticate lead information will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Organizing large volumes of data and maintaining well-structured records will also be part of your duties. Qualifications for this position include a graduate degree in any discipline, with at least 1 year of experience in data entry (previous experience with Zoho CRM is advantageous). Proficiency in typing with good speed and accuracy, computer skills, and familiarity with basic office software are necessary. The ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks with meticulous attention to detail is essential. Residing in Mandi Deep or willingness to relocate there is required. In return for your contributions, you will gain practical experience with a widely-used CRM tool and have the opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on growth.
