Data Entry/ Customer Service Representative

You are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the dynamic team. As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing, providing excellent support to customers, and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: - **Order Management**: - Process customer orders submitted via the website, ensuring successful import into the system. - Review and validate orders in the ERP - Order screen to identify and resolve any errors. - Verify customer account standing status before approval. - **Coordination**: - Work closely with coworkers to resolve order-related issues. - **Documentation**: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. - Generate reports as required. Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience: - Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field. - Data Entry / Computer Skills - Familiarity with an ERP system is preferred. Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
