Provide timely resolution of technical issues and production support tickets
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Contribute to system integrations, data migrations, and configuration tasks as needed.
Document technical specifications, procedures, and support guides.
Collaborate with QA teams to support testing activities and defect resolution.
Maintain effective communication with onshore leads to align on priorities and deliverables.
Hands-on expertise in ERP systems (preferably D365) or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.
