Job Description

We are hiring Data Engineer / Data Scientist Retail Analytics for an MNC (On Payroll of MNC)

Job Type : Fulltime role

Location : Remote

Data Engineer / Data Scientist Retail

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize data pipelines using DBT and Azure Databricks
Work with cloud infrastructure, primarily Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with data privacy standards, especially when handling PII
Work with diverse retail datasets, including offline (store sales) and online (ecommerce) data
Process and analyze unstructured data from various sources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize ML models
Leverage domain expertise to drive insights and innovation in the retail space

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Azure Databricks
Proficiency in DBT and SQL
Strong understanding of secure coding and PII data handling
Experience with offline and online retail datasets
Familiarity with unstructured data formats and processing techniques
Background in data science and deploying ML models
Retail industry experience is a must
