Job Description

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Maintain and enhance relational database structures, indexes, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve SQL performance issues.
Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into impactful dashboards.
Optimize dashboard performance through best practices in calculations, data blending, and extracts.
Maintain a library of standard reports and ensure data accuracy.
Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake for large-scale data warehousing.
Create and maintain Snowflake schemas, tables, views, and secure data sharing mechanisms.
Optimize Snowflake performance (clustering, caching, warehouse sizing).
Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and BI tools.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability through validation and cleansing processes.
Implement data governance and security best practices in alignment with company policies.
Work with business analysts, product owners, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Document processes, data models, and technical solutions for maintainability.
Strong experience in SQL development and query optimization.
Proven experience designing dashboards using Tableau.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse platform.
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling (star, snowflake schema).
Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for SQL and Snowflake.
Experience working with large datasets and optimizing for performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
