Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our team in developing and implementing data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement data engineering solutions using various tools and technologies.
Lead and manage a team of data engineers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain large-scale data systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data engineering.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, including data modeling, ETL, and big data processing.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable data systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering.
