Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: Pune

Experience: 5-12 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  data pipelines

  and

  ETL processes

  to collect, process, and transform data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimize

  data storage solutions

  (data lakes, data warehouses, or data marts).
• Ensure

  data quality, reliability, and scalability

  across systems.
• Collaborate with

  data scientists, analysts, and business teams

  to understand requirements and deliver accessible datasets.
• Work with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services for data ingestion, processing, and orchestration.
• Implement and maintain

  data governance

  ,

  security

  compliance standards

• Monitor data workflows and optimize system performance and cost.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  data modeling

  (relational and dimensional).
• Hands-on experience with

  ETL/ELT tools

  (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, AWS Glue, dbt).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Python

  ,

  Scala

  Java

• Experience with

  big data technologies

  (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
• Knowledge of

  cloud data services

  (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
• Familiarity with

  data lake architectures
