Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer with 6-9 years of experience, your role will be based in Pune. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, along with hands-on expertise in Star/Snowflake schema design, data modeling, data pipelining, and MLOps. Your proficiency in Data Warehouse technologies like Snowflake, AWS Redshift, and AWS data pipelines (Lambda, AWS Glue, Step Functions, etc.) will be crucial. Strong skills in SQL and at least one major programming language (Python/Java) are required. Additionally, you should be experienced with Data Analysis Tools such as Looker or Tableau, and have familiarity with Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, and Jupyter notebooks. Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and JIRA is preferred. Your ability to identify and resolve data quality issues, provide end-to-end data platform support, and work effectively as an individual contributor is essential. In this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. A positive mindset, can-do attitude, and a focus on simplifying tasks and building reusable components will be highly valued. You should be able to assess the suitability of new technologies for solving business problems and establish strong relationships with various stakeholders.
