Job Description

Key Accountabilities Design, create, code, and support a variety of GCP, ETL, and SQL solutions. Apply agile techniques or methods to project execution. Collaborate effectively in a distributed global team environment. Communicate technical concepts effectively with business stakeholders and influence decision-making. Analyze existing processes and development requirements to enhance efficiency. Manage multiple stakeholders and tasks, navigating ambiguity and complexity. Translate business needs into insights by collaborating with architects, solution managers, and analysts. Maintain strong technical skills and share knowledge within the team. Resolve issues by working with system users, IT department, vendors, and service providers. Support existing data warehouse jobs and related processes. Utilize task/job scheduling tools like Talend, Tidal, Airflow, and Linux. Lead small projects/initiatives and contribute to enterprise implementations. Research modern development technologies and techniques proactively. Foster a continuous improvement and automation mindset to streamline processes. Train internal teams, IT functions, and business users. Be familiar with real-time and streaming data processes. Minimum Qualifications 58+ years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer or similar role. Hands-on experience with modern cloud data engineering services. Understanding of SAP landscape and data governance tools. Basic understanding of cybersecurity requirements. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
