We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title. In this role, you will: Data Engineering As Data Ingestion Engineer, work with minimal supervision work on end to end Ingestion and maintenance tasks. Work in an agile manner and can change priorities depending on the criticalities. Work with the rest of the team members to have seamless integration. Take ownership and completes till the features are deployed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Proficiency in o Data Engineering o Any one of the ETL Tools preferably NiFi o Custom development using Shell & Python programming o Hadoop Eco system tools such as Sqoop, HIVE etc. o Scheduling tools. o Good understanding of RDBMS and SQLs and has worked with Postgres/Oracle Databases o Good Technical Design, Problem Solving and debugging skills o Good communication skills and should be able to take ownership. o Experience in ETL, Ingestion or similar experience is preferred. Good to Have: o Exposure to Any cloud platform such as GCP, AWS Kafka, Spark and PySpark Angular/React framework for UI development. Java programming language with experience in Spring/Springboot framework. Github, Jenkins, Ansible etc. Understanding of CI/CD concept. You ll achieve more when you join HSBC. .
