Responsibilities

Grade/label the emails according to the given guidelines and policies of Microsoft.
• Knowledge of Ethical Hacking, Phishing, SPAM, Familiarity with Email and Internet Security concepts, Protocols and with Strong Communication skills and confidence and commitment.• Knowledge of spam, phishing tactics, and IP protocols is considered advantageous for the role.• Identify, analyse, discuss, conclude new email types, and communicate them with the team.• Need to verify different key aspects before labelling a mail• Apply knowledge of internet security, information security, and email security to improve the accuracy of email grading.• Discuss labelling conflicts with the team Improving email classification rules and increasing efficiency of labelling according to given guidelines.• Team Collaboration Skills to resolve conflicts and share new insights with team members
