Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at RBHU, you will play a crucial role in developing data-driven solutions to empower decision-making. Working at the intersection of Data, AI, and Analytics, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks. - Integrating data from multiple sources into scalable and reliable data solutions. - Implementing data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment processes. - Collaborating closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to deliver analytics-ready datasets. - Ensuring data quality, performance, and security in all workflows. - Automating workflows and optimizing existing pipelines for efficiency. - Maintaining technical documentation for all data engineering processes. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 1-2 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer. - Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including PySpark/Spark SQL. - Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Good knowledge of SQL and performance tuning techniques. - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), preferably Azure Databricks. - Basic understanding of version control tools like Git. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.
