JD:

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing HR applications and workflows related to employee scheduling, shift management, and location tracking.
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines to support HR operations and analytics.
Automate manual processes and optimize current workflows using AWS-native tools and technologies.
Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data lakes/warehouses for HR data.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across HR systems.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, software engineers, and business analysts to deliver efficient data-driven solutions.
Drive innovation by adopting the latest AWS tools/technologies for system optimization.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or backend engineering.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation and pipeline development.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, S3, and Step Functions.
Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and workflow automation.
Experience in building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and data lakes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
