You will be part of RAPS Operations and Digitalization, a global team that supports and transforms our function in various ways. One of the ways we transform is by developing digital solutions, self-service tools, and exploring modern technologies such as generative AI.

In this role you ll make an impact by :

Setting up automated data pipelines that are digital twins of our business processes
Designing and implementing data governance metrics, KPIs and other monitoring
Improving mock-ups and prototypes so they can become efficient apps and data products
Generate reports, data visualizations and dashboards in alignment with the business needs
Experiment and investigate relevance of generative AI to our function
Collaborate with stakeholders in IT and various other digital transformation teams towards Novonesis digitalization strategy

To succeed you must hold:

Relevant technical education, like a university degree in computer science, IT, data science, or similar
Documented experience in programming languages, such as Python, and others.
Experience with Linux OS, Shell scripting, Automated testing, (CI/CD), relational databases and data modeling.
Experience with AWS EC2, RDS or Graph databases etc. will be viewed as a plus
Fluency in both written and verbal English (all deliverables and team interactions are in English)
A team player with a desire and curiosity for a fast-paced learning curve, who is self-driven and thrives working independently in new areas
Excellent people and communication skills and the ability to convincingly engage with internal and external senior level stakeholders
