Job Description

Job Title: Data Engineer

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and architecture to design and build data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
Participate in requirement discussions and review ETL designs for performance and scalability.
Build and extend AWS-based data lake solutions using appropriate services.
Support data engineering team members in completing assigned tasks.
Perform knowledge transfer and provide support for production releases.
Manage and execute code promotions and releases across environments.

Key Skills:

Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, Redshift, EC2.
Experience with Apache Spark or similar technologies; Kafka is a plus.
Strong knowledge of GitHub or similar source control systems.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins for data workloads.
