Data engineer and BI Consultant

As a Data Engineer and BI professional, your responsibilities will include: - Developing data mapping specifications and transformation rules - Performing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities - Creating and executing data conversion scripts and processes - Documenting data models, mappings, and migration procedures You must have skills in HRIS module, specifically Workday, along with proficiency in Python, SQL, AWS, Power BI, and Tableau. In addition, you will be responsible for: - Configuring integrations between Workday and third-party applications - Developing integration specifications and technical designs - Troubleshooting integration issues and implementing solutions - Monitoring integration performance and implementing optimizations Furthermore, your role will involve: - Designing and implementing Snowflake data models optimized for HR analytics - Creating and maintaining Snowflake objects such as tables, views, and stored procedures - Developing SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirements - Configuring Workday modules according to design specifications Moreover, you will be expected to: - Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data source - Create data visualization dashboards connected to Snowflake - Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business users - Design and implement metrics and KPIs for HR analytics To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday/Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reporting - Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms - Experience with ELT technologies and data architectures - Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools - Experience with ETL processes and data validation techniques - Understanding of HR data structures and relationships - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of programming languages like Python - Experience with data visualization tools - Understanding of API integration patterns and technologies - Experience with agile development methodologies,
