Job Description

Key Responsibilities: DataDog Integration Optimization : Configure, maintain, and extend DataDog monitoring solutions for cloud infrastructure, applications, and logs. Monitoring Alerts : Develop custom dashboards, set up alerts, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various environments and services. Performance Monitoring : Collect and analyse performance data, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure the reliability and scalability of systems. Collaboration : Work closely with product teams, development, and operations to identify monitoring needs and troubleshoot issues. Cloud Infrastructure Management : Ensure observability of Azure cloud-based environments. Incident Response Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve production issues using DataDog metrics, logs, and traces. Documentation : Maintain documentation for DataDog configurations, monitoring procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
